Excitement around the Corner....

2011 is bringing about B-I-G changes around the Redmond household. I have been busy planning fun trips and conjuring up crafty, creative projects and putting them in my back pocket to pull out on rainy days. In an effort to reconnect with my childhood artist, I have decided to take a photography class. I'm not ashamed to admit that my poor, under appreciated SLR has been used for more of a point-and-shoot than the capable camera he is. So, I am on a mission to fulfill this digital wonder's purpose. That mission includes taking a photography class, which begins next week. I plan on chronicling my journey and hope that those of you that are handy behind the lens will offer up some criticism. Wish me luck!! In the interest of seeing some before and after works, I have decided to put up a few shots I took this summer.....
